Classes are held in Eynesbury, St Neots on:

Tuesdays 10:00 to 11:40 am

Wednesdays 10:00 to 11:40 am 

​

Thursdays 10:00 to 11:40 am

Upcoming planned class Dates for 2024 (classes are booked and paid for as a half term block) :

There will also be occasional classes and workshops offered at weekends.  Please ask if you would like to be added to a mailing list for upcoming dates which can be booked individually 

 

Summer  Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Saturday special on

 June 1st 10am to 12 noon (£16)

 New starters for weekday classes are welcome to pay for their first class individually (£12) prior to reserving and paying for the remaining half term block from when they join.

  

Payment by BACS is preferred
